Ingredients
- 1½ lbs halal chicken thighs, boneless
- 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
