Ingredients
- 1½ cups oat flour or whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds

- 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
