Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 4-6 eggs

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- 1Sauté onion and garlic in oven-safe skillet. Add spices, tomatoes, and roasted peppers. Simmer 10 minutes.
- 2Make wells and crack eggs into sauce.
- 3Transfer to 400°F (205°C) oven and bake 10-15 minutes until egg whites set. Garnish with herbs and feta. Serve with pita.
