  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves minced

  • Fresh rosemary, cherry tomatoes, spinach for serving
Instructions
  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix balsamic, oil, garlic, and spices.
