Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp thyme, salt & pepper
- Fresh rosemary, cherry tomatoes, spinach for serving
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix balsamic, oil, garlic, and spices.
- 2Brush both sides of mushrooms generously with marinade. Place on baking sheet.
- 3Bake 20-25 min, flipping halfway, until tender and juicy. For extra char, broil last 2-3 min.
- 4Slice and serve as “steaks” with roasted tomatoes and greens.
