Ingredients
- 14-16 oz paneer, cubed
- 1 bell pepper and 1 onion, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil, salt
- Wooden skewers, soaked
Instructions
- 1Mix yogurt, spices, lemon, oil, and salt. Marinate paneer and vegetables 30+ minutes.
- 2Thread onto skewers alternately. Place on lined baking sheet.
- 3Broil or bake at 450°F (230°C) for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until charred edges appear. Serve with mint chutney and rice or naan.
