Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into thick steaks or florets
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (halal), ½ cup grated parmesan or nutritional yeast
- ½ cup panko or almond flour
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 2 garlic cloves, olive oil spray, salt & pepper
- Fresh basil
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven 425°F. Brush cauliflower with oil, season with garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 2Roast 20 min. Flip, top with marinara, breadcrumbs, and cheeses.
- 3Bake additional 12-15 min until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with basil. Serve with pasta or salad.
