Ingredients
  • 1 small cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 tsp each cumin, turmeric, garam masala

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 egg or milk for wash
  • Salt, oil
Instructions
  1. 1Sauté onion, add spices, cauliflower, and a splash of water. Cook until tender. Mix with mashed potato and cilantro. Cool.
  2. 2Cut puff pastry into squares. Fill with mixture, fold into triangles or rectangles, seal edges, and brush with egg wash.
  3. 3Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve warm with chutney or yogurt.
