Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cooked green or brown lentils
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or oat flour
- 1 small onion, 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tahini or olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt, pepper

Instructions
- 1Sauté cauliflower rice and onion until moisture evaporates. Mix with lentils, garlic, tahini, breadcrumbs, and spices.
