Ingredients
- 12-16 square spring roll wrappers or whole wheat wrappers (halal)
- 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1 cup peas, 1 carrot finely diced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp turmeric, chili powder, salt
- 1 tbsp oil + more for brushing
- Optional: fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Sauté cumin seeds, add vegetables and spices; cook until tender. Mix with mashed potato. Cool.
- 2Fill wrappers with 2 tbsp mixture, fold into triangles, seal edges with water. Brush lightly with oil.
- 3Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 min, flipping halfway until crispy and golden. Serve with mint chutney or yogurt.
