Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2-3 tbsp za'atar
Instructions
- 1Soak sweet potato fries in cold water 10 minutes, pat very dry. Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
