Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups cooked green or brown lentils

- 1 carrot, grated
- ¼ cup fresh parsley

- Salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1Mash lentils slightly and mix with all ingredients until mixture holds together.
