Ingredients
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1 tsp each cumin, turmeric, chili powder
- 1 green chili, minced
- Handful cilantro, chopped
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Water as needed, salt, oil spray
Instructions
- 1Mix chickpea flour, spices, baking soda, salt, cilantro, and enough water for thick batter. Add onions and coat well.
- 2Drop spoonfuls onto parchment or directly in basket. Spray with oil.
- 3Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping and spraying again halfway, until crispy. Serve with chutney.
