Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 1 onion, 1 carrot, ½ cup peas, 1 potato (chopped)
- 2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 10 curry leaves
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee, salt, fresh cilantro, lemon
Instructions
- 1Dry roast semolina until fragrant; set aside.
- 2Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, ginger, and chilies. Add onion and vegetables; sauté 5 min.
- 3Add 3 cups water and salt. Bring to boil. Stir in roasted semolina gradually.
- 4Cover and cook on low 5–7 min. Garnish with cilantro and lemon. Serve hot.
