Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 onion, finely chopped + 1 onion cubed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Lightly fry paneer and set aside. Dry roast coriander seeds and crush.
- 2Heat oil, sauté chopped onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices. Cook until oil separates.
- 3Add cubed onions and bell peppers; stir-fry 4–5 min. Add paneer and kasuri methi. Simmer 5 min.
- 4Garnish with cilantro. Serve with naan or roti.
