Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, blended
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp butter or oil, ¼ cup cream or coconut cream, salt
Instructions
- 1Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 min, then blend into smooth puree.

- 4Add spinach puree and simmer 5–7 min. Stir in cream and paneer. Simmer gently 3–4 min. Serve with naan.
