Ingredients
- 1 cup broken wheat (dalia), rinsed
- 1 onion, 1 carrot, ½ cup peas, 1 potato (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ginger

Instructions
- 1Heat ghee, add cumin and onion. Sauté 2–3 min. Add ginger and vegetables.
