Ingredients
- 20-24 jumbo pasta shells
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 10 oz fresh spinach, wilted and chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions
- 1Cook shells al dente. Mix ricotta, spinach, egg, garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
