Ingredients

Instructions
- 1Blend coconut, cilantro, chilies, ginger, chana dal, cumin, and salt with little water into smooth chutney.
- 2Heat oil for tempering. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and red chili.
- 3Pour hot tempering over chutney and mix.
