Ingredients
- 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 200g button mushrooms, halved
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Heat oil, sauté onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic and spices.
- 2Stir in tomato puree and cook 6–7 min.
- 3Add mushrooms and peas with ½ cup water. Simmer 10–12 min.
- 4Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or roti.
